MoldFixer is a free service that connects homeowners with independent local contractors. By using our website or calling our phone number, you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of our site and phone line. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Our role (we are not the contractor)

We connect you with an independent contractor who will evaluate and, if you agree, perform any work. Any service agreement, scope of work, pricing, guarantees, or warranties are solely between you and the contractor. You are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, and qualifications.

3) No warranties

The site and referral service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4) Limitation of liability
